remember: your first distro will not be your last! explore different distros until you find what suits you!

By-far the safest option for windows users switching to Linux for the first time, It's simple, light, and compatible out of the box with most hardware and software! this is the distro I use the most :3

Debian is a very useful distro great for work and personal use, in terms of usability it's kinda the middle ground between Linux Mint and Archlinux imo.
